Refund policy
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our Kokolo babies, we have a no returns policy for all our products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
However if you are delivered the wrong product or you come across an unlikely fault or defect, please reach out to us on orders@kokolobaby.com and we would be keen to explore how we can make it right. To be eligible for a return in such a scenario, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping fees will be deducted from your refundable amount.

Exchanges

Refunds
In the case of a faulty or wrongly delivered products, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
